This is an infinitely customizable service; I can adjust the frequency and volume of
food you get, the menu, the type of packaging, glass or plastic, whether you
prefer organic foods or not, when I come to cook, day or night. I can adjust to
meet your needs.
Assessment
I will come to your house to meet with you for about an hour. We will discuss
what level of service you are interested in. What level of salt and spice you
prefer, any health or dietary restrictions, what your likes and dislikes are. I
will do a walk through of your kitchen to see the layout.
Cook Day
Atleast three days prior to the cook date we will agree on a time for me to come
and cook in your house, and the menu that will be prepared. The day of your
appointment I will go shopping, choose the best, freshest produce and foods
available. I will always try to source organic,
local and non-GMO foods, unless you request
conventional foods. I will arrive at your house with all of my own equipment,
cook your food, package it, label it, refrigerate or freeze it, and leave
detailed instructions on heating it up. I will clean up after myself thoroughly
and leave. We can make a more complex meal for the first night. For an
additional $25 we can do your regular grocery shopping for you. Just provide a
detailed list at least 24 hours in advance of your cook date, we will shop and
put away your groceries.
