How our classes Works

Assessment

I will come to your house to meet with you. We will discuss the type of class, and the number of people. You can choose from one of our classes, or we can custom design a class to suite your needs. What level of salt and spice you prefer, any health or dietary restrictions, what your likes and dislikes are. I will do a walk through of your kitchen to see the layout.

Class Day

The day of your event I will go shopping, I will choose the best, freshest produce and foods available. I will always try to source organic, local and non-GMO foods, unless you request conventional foods. I will arrive at your house with all of my own equipment, carefully and thoughfully instruct you in what we agreed on, show you what to do, and provide recipes. I will clean up after myself thoroughly and leave.

Deposit

A 50% deposit will be required prior to date of service.
