How Our In-Home Catering Service Works
We will do the menu planning, shopping, cooking, serving, and clean up.
We cater all sorts of small events; anniversaries, birthdays, baby showers,
business meetings, picnics, BBQ's, diner parties, cocktail parties, any
occasion at all. Special romantic dinners for two are available.
Assessment
I will come to your house to meet with you. We will discuss the type of event,
and the number of people. You can choose from one of our menus, or we can custom design a menu to
suite your needs. We will discuss what level of service you are interested in.
What level of salt and spice you prefer, any health or dietary restrictions,
what your likes and dislikes are. I will do a walk through of your kitchen to
see the layout.
CookDay
The day of your event I will go shopping, choose the best, freshest produce and foods
available. I will always try to source organic,
local and non-GMO foods, unless you request conventional foods. I will
arrive at your house with all of my own equipment, cook for your event, and
serve it either plated or family style. I will clean up after myself thoroughly
and leave.
Any and all comments are appreciated. Your feedback will help me to make food that you
like more, and improve the quality of my service.
Deposit
A 50% deposit will be required prior to date of service.
